What we’re building

The three reports we’re building first.

  • “Did we actually make money?”

    Income statement

Planned: revenue, costs and margin by month or quarter, drafted from the deposits and payments in your linked accounts.

  • “What do we own and owe?”

    Balance sheet

Planned: cash, cards and loans from your linked accounts in one view of where the business stands.

  • “Where did the cash go?”

    Cash flow statement

Planned: why profit and cash in the bank differ, split into what came from operations and what went to equipment and debt.

  1. Connect

You will link business checking, savings and cards. Read-only.

  2. Categorize

Each transaction will be sorted into revenue, costs, assets or debt, and you can correct any of it.

  3. Report

Statements will draft from your transactions and update as new ones arrive.

OneFolio for Business is in development. The statements it drafts will be management reports, not audited financials, and OneFolio is not a licensed accountant. Review them with your accountant before filing taxes or sharing with lenders.
